Road to Resilience

From 2019-22, I hosted and produced a biweekly interview podcast about the science and human side of resilience. Guests included actor Kumail Nanjiani, meditation teacher Sharon Salzberg, and psychologist Kristin Neff, PhD. The podcast has been played more than 400,000 times across 75+ episodes.
